Shipping Policy
1. Order Accuracy & Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase. Once your order has been confirmed, it automatically enters our fulfillment queue for fast processing.
You may request an address change within 1 hour after placing your order by emailing info@snackhouse.net.
After this 1-hour window, any approved address change will incur a re-shipment fee equal to the original shipping cost. This change will delay delivery by an estimated 24–48 hours.
We will always do our best to accommodate change or cancellation requests made promptly, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after order confirmation.
2. Shipping Area
Due to federal safety regulations regarding alcohol-based products (perfumes), these items must be transported via Ground Shipping only. Therefore, we currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States and Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other U.S. territories at this time.
3. Shipping Methods & Free Shipping Offer
Orders are shipped via USPS or GOFO Standard Service, depending on destination and order size. All orders include a tracking number once shipped.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders with a subtotal of $29 or more (after discounts, before tax). If discounts reduce your subtotal below $29, a $4.90 standard shipping fee will apply.
4. Estimated Delivery Time & Tracking
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-5) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-5) will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing Time: 2–4 business days after order confirmation
Transit Time (Standard Shipping): 3–8 business days depending on destination
Estimated Total Delivery Time: Typically 5–12 business days from the date of order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link (USPS or GOFO). Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.
If tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, please contact info@snackhouse.net for assistance. Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and delays caused by carriers, weather, or peak-season volume.
5. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
Check nearby areas, mailrooms, or with neighbors.
Wait 1–2 additional business days (sometimes packages are scanned early).
If still missing, contact
info@snackhouse.net.
We will initiate a carrier investigation within 5 business days. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will resend or refund your order.
Policy Applicability
This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders placed for delivery within the United States.
